The members of Senate:

Minister of Education (as the head of the senate)

Minister of Sciences, Research and Technology or his deputy

Head of Planning and Management Organization or his deputy

University President (as a secratery of the senate)

Three to five scientific, cultural and social personalities who have influential roles in the development of the university. At least two of them must be from the academic staff of the university who were suggested by the ministry of education and confirmed by the ministry of Sciences, Research and Technology
